The Gorham Community Action Committee is a group of concerned parents and community members who have organically come together to support Gorham educators and administrators. The Gorham Community Action Committee is not sponsored or funded by the town of Gorham, the Gorham School Department, or any Gorham education institution.

The strategic objectives of the Gorham Community Action Committee are to:

• Build community awareness about the issues concerning Gorham Schools.

• Ensure school leadership and staff are, and feel supported, celebrated, and appreciated.

• Anticipate, monitor, and counter any attacks that may be detrimental to the well-being and functioning of students, staff or the schools. 

• Build and maintain our coalition for positive support of our educators and our schools.

• Educate and celebrate the functions and successes of Gorham Schools.
